Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy was last updated on 17 October 2026 and applies to citizens and legal permanent residents of the European Economic Area and Switzerland.
1. Introduction
Our website, https://primepropertyphotography.com (hereinafter: “the website”), uses cookies and similar technologies such as your browser’s local storage (for convenience all of these are referred to as “cookies”). In this document we explain which cookies we use, why, and how you can control them.
2. What are cookies?
A cookie is a small simple file that is sent along with pages of this website and stored by your browser on the hard drive of your computer or another device. The information stored therein may be returned to our servers or to the servers of the relevant third parties during a subsequent visit. Local storage works in a similar way, but the information stays in your browser and is not sent to a server automatically.
3. Cookies we use
3.1 Technical cookies
These are needed for the website to work as you expect. We may place them without your consent.
| Name | Type | Duration | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
ppp-consent |
Local storage (first party) | 180 days | Remembers whether you accepted or declined statistics cookies, so the banner is not shown on every page. |
The website’s fonts are hosted on our own server, so no font provider receives your data when you visit.
3.2 Statistics cookies
We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics, which helps us understand how visitors use the website (for example which pages are viewed and how visitors arrived). These are only loaded after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you decline, or make no choice, they are not loaded.
| Name | Provider | Duration | Purpose |

Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC) | 2 years | Distinguishes visitors so that visits can be counted. |

Data collected by Google may be transferred to and processed in the United States. Google participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. For more information, see the Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
3.3 Marketing cookies
We do not use marketing or advertising cookies.
4. Links to other websites
The website links to our profiles and work on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Behance, WhatsApp and to virtual tour examples hosted by third parties. We do not embed these services in our pages, so they place no cookies while you browse our website. If you follow a link, the privacy and cookie policy of that website applies.
5. Contact form
Our contact form does not use cookies. To protect it against spam we use a hidden field and a limit on the number of messages that can be sent in a short time. The data you send through the form is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Consent
When you visit our website for the first time, we show you a banner with an explanation about cookies. If you click “Accept”, you consent to the statistics cookies described in section 3.2. If you click “Decline”, only the technical storage in section 3.1 is used. Your choice is kept for 180 days, after which we ask you again.
6.1 Manage your consent settings
You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of this page. If you withdraw consent, statistics cookies that were already placed can be removed by deleting cookies in your browser.
7. Enabling/disabling and deleting cookies
You can use your internet browser to automatically or manually delete cookies. You can also specify that certain cookies may not be placed. Another option is to change the settings of your internet browser so that you receive a message each time a cookie is placed. For more information about these options, please refer to the instructions in the Help section of your browser.
8. Your rights with respect to personal data
You have the following rights with respect to your personal data:
- You have the right to know why your personal data is needed, what will happen to it, and how long it will be retained for.
- Right of access: You have the right to access your personal data that is known to us.
- Right to rectification: you have the right to supplement, correct, have deleted or blocked your personal data whenever you wish.

- Right to transfer your data: you have the right to request all your personal data from the controller and transfer it in its entirety to another controller.
- Right to object: you may object to the processing of your data. We comply with this, unless there are justified grounds for processing.
To exercise these rights, please contact us using the details below. If you have a complaint about how we handle your data, we would like to hear from you, but you also have the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority, the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
